Shipping policy

Orders will ship within 2-3 days after your order has been received. It can take 5-7 business days for the order to be delivered. This time frame includes processing. Horns and Roses uses a manufacturer who will be handling most of the shipping for non custom items. It could be less but it could fall into that time-frame. Some items may ship separately. Shipping is $4.99 for all orders unless we offer free shipping promos. If you have any questions or concerns reach out to us by chat or email for any updates. Updates will also be sent to the email address on the order. We will provide a tracking ID for each item and email updates once shipped, in route and delivered. Horns and Roses custom orders may be delayed due to processing time. Any custom longhorn skulls can take up to 3 weeks for processing and shipping since these are custom made. Please report any issues with items within 24 hours to us by the contact form or info@hornsandroses.com. The best way to reach us is to fill out the contact form on the home page of the website. Horns and Roses is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
